Our Philosophy

One fire, one kitchen, no shortcuts.

Every dish at Ember & Oak passes over the same open wood fire — from the first course to the last. We work with what's in season, keep our menu short on purpose, and let the ingredients do most of the talking. No freezers full of backup, no dish that isn't worth the fire.

The room is small by design: 48 seats, low light, and enough space between tables that a dinner here still feels like an occasion.
